These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the 65bet platform and its users ("you" / "member"). General terms for bonuses:

• A member may participate in each promotion only once.
• Winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly stated.
• 65bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time. However, this will not apply to bonuses already active.

The 65bet VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Tier changes are based on the member's regular activity and participation. VIP benefits may be changed at any time at 65bet's discretion, but members will be notified in advance.

7. Permitted Use and Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using the platform:

• Money laundering or conducting transactions using funds from illegal sources.
• Using any automated software, bots, or other technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Attempting to withdraw excess funds by exploiting technical errors on the platform.
• Bonus abuse, meaning placing bets at minimum risk solely for the purpose of profiting from bonus funds.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, 65bet reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit all balances without prior notice.
